Fearless Careers Program Breakdown

Week 1 – Welcome! (Start date – Tues July 14th)

The first week of Fearless Careers is about introductions. We’ll have a half hour one-one call to say hi and to discuss what you want to focus on in the coaching. We’ll set some targets and you can let me know if there’s anything else you want to specifically work on. There’ll also be a casual group meetup call where you can meet other members (bring a cuppa !), and after the call I’ll send you your very first workbook of activities called “Reflect”.

This week will involve:

-Half hour one-one intro video call

-45 minute group video call

-Workbook “Reflect” sent to you to complete

-Invitation to join the Fearless Careers Facebook group to connect with other members

Week 2 – Reflect (July 20th)

Week 2 is about reflection. To feel confident and clear in your career you need to take a step back. You’ll have completed the “Reflect” workbook that looks at your dreams, purpose and strengths to help you find clarity. In our one hour, one-one call we’ll discuss what came up for you in the workbook and any individual activities I gave you. After our call I’ll send you the second workbook “Mindset and Ideas”.

This week will involve:

-1 hour one-one coaching video call

-Workbook “Mindset & Ideas” sent to you to complete

Week 3 – Mindset and Ideas (July 27th)

Week 3 is about understanding and strengthening your mindset to help with resilience, as well as touching on your ideas. Your ideas can be both personal and career related. Often we think of our careers as separate, but it’s important to strike a balance between how your career and personal life fit together. You don’t want a life of burn out! All the activities in the “Mindset and Ideas” workbook will be a mix of reflection and logical, evidence based tools. This is where you’ll start to uncover your potential career paths and see them with clarity! We’ll discuss everything in our one-one coaching call and start to set some actions to help you move forward. And don’t worry, I’ll be here every step of the way, supporting and guiding you. After our call I’ll send you the next workbook called “Cementing your Ideas and Building Resilience”.

This week will involve:

-1 hour one-one coaching video call

-Workbook “Cementing your Ideas and Building Resilience” sent to you to complete

Week 4 – Break Week (3rd August)

This is a break week so there will be no additional activities sent to you. I know you’ll be busy so it gives you a breather and more time to complete the “Cementing your Ideas and Building Resilience” workbook. There will be a group call this week to give you can opportunity to ask any questions.

This week will involve:

-One hour group call

-This is a break week so no new activities will be sent to you. You’ll have two weeks to complete the “Cementing your Ideas and Building Resilience” workbook.

Week 5 – Cementing your Ideas and Building Resilience (10th August)

In week 5 we’ll dive deeper into your ideas. By this point options will be clearer to you and you’ll have a greater sense of where you want to go. You’ll have spent the break week researching some of your ideas and we’ll discuss these in our one-one call. We’ll also work more on resilience and how to combat negative feelings like self-doubt and fear of failure. I’ll send you the final workbook which is all about developing your plan.

This week will involve:

-1 hour one-one coaching video call

-Workbook “Your One Year Plan” sent to you to complete

Week 6 – Your One Year Plan! (17th August)

This is the final week which will be incredible. You’ll be feeling clearer and confident having a basic one year plan and an understanding of your next steps! You’ll be equipped with tools and processes to help you move forward, so instead of feeling confused and possibly anxious, you’ll be feeling clear and confident. To help you move forward we’ll have a final coaching call to discuss any concerns and you’ll set some core goals for over the next year. We’ll also CELEBRATE you finishing the program!!! In addition there’ll be a final celebratory group video call where you can brainstorm ideas, ask questions and just have a chat!

This week will involve:

-Half hour one-one video call – we’ll celebrate your journey!

-45 minute group video call – an opportunity to raise any questions about moving forward.

-Feedback form sent to you to complete

For some, the idea of sticking to a plan is daunting. This is why I want to help with this accountability bonus. I’ll be checking in on you via email after 1 month and again after 3 months to see how you’re getting on, if you’ve met any of your goals and if you have any questions.
